现场职业健康检查护士的压力源与对策

目的 了解现场职业健康检查工作中护士的压力源,探讨减轻护士压力的应对措施.方法 采用自行设计问卷调查80名现场职业健康检查护士的压力源.结果 问卷调查80名现场职业健康检查护士,其中高度压力组30人（37.5％）,中度压力组35人（43.8％）,低度压力组15人（18.7％）;主要压力源来自于工作环境及仪器设备问题、时间分配及工作量问题和护理专业及工作方面问题等;＜5年工龄的护士在工作环境及仪器设备问题、护理专业及工作方面问题及体检客户方面的问题得分最高,＞10年工龄的护士在时间分配及工作量问题得分最高,5 ～ 10年工龄的护士在管理及人际关系方面的问题得分最高.结论 检查机构可通过改善现场职业健康检查的工作环境、实行人性化的管理及提高护士自身的抗压能力等措施,减轻现场职业健康检查护士的压力.

Influential factors of stress sources and countermeasures for nurses from site occupational health examination

Objective To analyze the influential factors of stress sources in nurses of site occupational health examination, and to propose countermeasures. Methods 80nurses of site occupational health examination were analyzed by questionnaire. Results The high pressure group, the intermediate pressure group and low pressure group of 80 nurses respectively are 37.5% ,43.8% and 18.7% ;The main influential factors of stress sources in nurses of site occupational health examination were the resource and environmental problems, workload and time pressure, professional and career issues. Nurses of site occupational health examination in different length of service have different influential factors of stress sources. Conclusions To improve the conditions of site occupational health examination, implement the humane management and enhance the ability of anti-pressure can help the nurses relieve occupational stress.
