关于中孕引产的原因分析及引产方法的探讨

目的 探讨妇女中孕引产的原因并对比不同引产方法的安全有效性。方法 根据患者提供的引产证明及调差问卷的方法总结引产的主要原因。将本院2006年至2013年间40例12 ～28周间的引产患者分为两组：A组25例,采用米非司酮联合米索前列醇引产。B组15例,采用米非司酮联合依沙吖啶引产。比较两种方法的效果及不良反应。结果 中孕引产的主要原因为：（1）胎儿畸形;（2）死胎;（3）违反计划生育。两组引产方法比较：宫缩发动时间提前,余无统计学意义。结论 加强对未婚先孕女性的心理干预,宣传安全有效的避孕方法。孕前优生优育教育,及时产前诊断产前筛查,并正规产检。减少死胎、胎儿畸形的发生率。并通过以上安全有效的引产方法,确保育龄妇女的生殖健康。

Research on the reasons and the way of induced labor in middle pregnancy

Objective To discuss the reasons of induced abortion in middle pregnancy and compare the safety and effectiveness of different abortion methods. Methods Conclude the reasons of abortion according to the abortion certificates supplied by the gravidas and questionnaires. 40 abortion gravidas who ever pregnant for 12 -28 weeks during 2006 -2013 were divided into two groups according to different abortion methods, pregnant women in group A （ n = 25 ） were aborted by using mifepristone combined with misoprostol, the other 15 cases were aborted by using mifepristone combined with ethacridine. Compared the effectiveness and untoward effect of the two groups. Results The main reasons of abortion in middle pregnancy were fetal malformation, stillbirth andviolated the birth control policy; Because of abortion, the uterine contraction launched in advance. Conclusions Strengthen the psychological intervention to the premarital pregnant women, broadcast effective contraceptives methods, education on giving birth and care, diagnose and screen in time, regular production inspection, decrease the rate of stillbirth and fetal malformation could insure fertile women reproductive health.
