| 摘 要： | 本文基于黑龙江省36家基层医疗卫生机构的人才需求现状的调查问卷数据,分析了当前高职高专医药人才在黑龙江省区域内的需求状况,并结合大庆医学高等专科学校的人才培养工作实际,进行了策略分析,为有效推进高职院校人才培养与就业指导工作提供了可靠的实践依据。
