臀肌挛缩症的手术治疗

目的探讨臀肌挛缩松解术治疗臀肌挛缩症临床治疗效果。方法通过2005年7月至2009年10月共收治20例臀肌挛缩症患者临床病例回顾分析进行总结。男8例,女12例;年龄5~16岁,平均11.3岁。病变均位于双侧,均有双侧臀部肌肉注射史。病程5~12年,平均10.3年。均行臀肌挛缩松解术手术治疗。结果对20例进行术后随访,术前根据Fernandez分度法评定双下肢功能：轻度4例,中度12例,重度4例。术后疗效按俞辉国等标准评估,仅1例重度患者术后有轻度跛行,优良率95%。结论臀肌挛缩松解术是治疗臀肌挛缩症有效方法,应尽早手术。术后配合康复训练,可获得满意疗效。

Surgical treatment for giuteal muscle contracture

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of gluteal muscle contracture lysis in treating gluteal muscle contracturenethods Retrospectively analyzed and summarized the clinical datas of 20 cases of gluteal muscle contracture patients who were treated during July 2005 and October 2009. 8 males and 12 females, aged from 5 to 16 years, 11.3 years old on average. Bilateral lesions were located, had a history of bilateral intramuscular injection. Duration was 5 -12 years, 10.3 years on average. All GMC lysis patients were treated with surgery method. Results The 20 patients were received postoperative follow -up, preoperative assessment according to Fernandez indexing on lower extremity function： 4 cases of mild function obstacle, 12 cases of moderate and severe in 4 cases. Postoperative efficacy assessment was according to the standards reported by Yuhuiguo, only one case of severe patient with mild lameness, excellent rate was 95%. Conclusions GMC lysis is an effective treatment for gluteal muscle contracture, and should get surgery as soon as possible. With postoperative rehabilitation can obtain satisfactory results.
