腹主动脉瘤合并高血压患者介入室内行腔内隔绝术的围手术期护理思路

目的探究对接受介入室内行腔内隔绝术的腹主动脉瘤合并高血压患者在围手术期的护理措施及临床效果。方法选自本院2010年1月至2013年1月收治的介入室内行腔内隔绝术的腹主动脉瘤合并高血压患者32例,以随机数字表的方式将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各有患者16例。对照组患者接受常规外科护理,观察组患者接受针对性护理干预措施。对比两组患者各项指标。结果所有患者均顺利的完成手术;相对于对照组,观察组患者并发症事件发生概率具有显著优越性,对比存在统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论对介入室内行腔内隔绝术的腹主动脉瘤合并高血压患者在治疗过程中应该密切留意患者的体征变化,在围手术期给患者提供全面而细致的护理干预措施,以防止患者术中出现相关并发症,保障手术的顺利进行,最大限度提高临床治疗效果以及患者的生活质量。

Nursing outline of intervention of indoor endovascular graft exclusion of abdominal aortic aneurysm in patients with hypertension and clinical effect of nursing in the perioperation period

Objective To explore the intervention of indoor endovascular graft exclusion of abdominal aortic aneurysm in patients with hypertension and clinical effect of nursing in the peri operation period. Methods Interventional interior cavity selected from the hospital in 2010 January -2013 year in January were isolated froml6 patients in abdominal aortic aneurysm surgery patients with hypertension, the clinical data by the retrospective method to analyze, explore the nursing measures for the patients in peri-operation period, induction in patients during the operation targeted nursing measures and its clinical effect. Results All patients were successfully completed operation, operation process in patients with abnormal blood pressure or other related complications. Conclusions The indoor intervention endovascular graft exclusion of abdominal aortic aneurysm complicated with hypertension should pay close attention to changes in symptoms during treatment, to provide comprehensive and meticulous nursing intervention for patients during peri operation period, in order to prevent the related complications in patients undergoing operation, guarantee the smooth, the maximum improve the clinical treatment effect and patients＂ quality of life.
