手术室优质护理在截石位手术中的应用效果观察

目的 探讨和分析手术室在截石位手术中实施优质护理服务的效果.方法 以我院手术室2012年8月至2013年8月的100例截石位手术患者作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,对照组仍实施一般常规护理,实验组的手术患者在常规护理的基础上实施优质护理服务,比较两组患者的满意度和术后体位并发症的发生情况.结果 两组患者满意度和术后体位并发症的发生率比较,实验组优于对照组,差异有显著性意义（P＜0.05）.结论 手术室对截石位手术患者实施优质护理,能显著提高患者的满意度和降低术后体位并发症的发生率.

Observation on effect of high quality nursing care in lithotomy position in operation room

Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of the high quality nursing care in lithotomy position in operation room. Methods 100 cases of lithotomy surgery patients from Aug 2012 to Aug 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 50 cases in each group A and B. Group A was taken with routine care as the control group. Group B was taken with the high quality nursing care based upon routine care. The patients＂ degree of satisfaction and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared. Results The group B patients＂ degree of satisfaction was significantly increased and the incidence of Postoperative complications reduced. The changes were statistically significant compared with group A. Coneluslons The high quality nursing care in lithotomy position can significantly improve patient satisfaction and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications in operation room.
