慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗观察与分析

目的：对慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床治疗进行观察与分析。方法选取2011年5月至2013年5月间的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者76例，随机分为对照组和实验组两组。给予对照组患者常规临床治疗，而实验组患者于常规治疗基础上采取血必净药物治疗，对两种治疗防止临床疗效情况进行比较分析。结果实验组中慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的临床疾病治疗总有效率97．37％明显高于对照组84．21％，P＜0．05。结论于常规临床治疗基础上给予慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血必净药物治疗能有效改善患者临床疗效，值得临床积极推广使用。

Observation and analysis on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease clinical

Objective To observe and analyze the clinical treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods From May 2011 to May 2011,76 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease , were randomly divided into control group and experimental group .Give control group routine clinical treatment , and based on the conventional treatment group patients taken blood will net drug therapy , and compared two kinds of treatment to prevent clinical curative effect .Results The patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in the clinical disease treatment is 97.37%,significantly higher than the control group total effective rate 84.21%, P〈0.05）.Conclusions based on the conventional clinical treatment , patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease blood will net drug therapy can effectively improve the clinical curative effect , worth clinical actively promote the use .
