| 摘 要： | 目的：研究C反应蛋白（ CRP ）对多囊卵巢综合征（ PCOS ）患者发生糖尿病的预测价值。方法前瞻性地招募了73例新诊断且无糖尿病的PCOS患者，对其进行了平均3年的随访，采用Kaplan-Meier法分析了患者基线CRP水平与其远期发生糖尿病风险之间的关系。结果73例患者中有16例发生了糖尿病，CRP水平高于8 mg/L的患者糖尿病的风险明显增高。结论 CRP是PCOS患者发生糖尿病的预示因子。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the predictive value of c-reactive protein （ CRP ） for diabetes mellitus （DM） in endomorphy type polycystic ovary syndrome （PCOS） patients.Methods Seventy three newly diagnosed PCOS patients but without DM were prospectively enrolled and followed for three years .The association between baseline CRP level and DM was analyzed by Kaplan-Meier method .Results Sixteen DM were occurred during follow-up.The patients whose CRP more than 8 mg/L were more susceptible to DM .Conclusions CRP is a useful predictor for DM in PCOS patients . |
