自我管理指导对血透患者自护能力和生存质量的影响

目的探讨自我管理指导对血透患者自护能力和生存质量的影响。方法78例进行血液透析的患者，对血液透析患者进行长达半年的自我管理指导教育，并比较在教育指导前后患者对血液透析等相关知识的了解程度，自护能力和生存质量的变化情况，患者血压、体重以及超滤量等生化指标的前后变化。结果进行自我管理指导教育后，患者对血液透析相关知识的了解程度加深，自护能力和生存质量变得比原来更强以及血液透析患者的血压、体重、超滤量更接近更符合健康指标（P〈0．05）。结论对长时间进行血液透析的患者开展一定的自我管理指导相关教育，能够降低并发症产生的机率，提高患者的自护能力和生存质量，减轻患者的痛苦。

Effects of self management guidance on self-care ability and life quality of patients received hemodialysis

Objective To explore the effects of self management guidance onself-nursing ability and quality of life of hemodialysis patients. Methods 78 cases of hemodialysis patients were included in this study, and they were educated with self-management guidance for half a year. Compared the degree of mastering relevant knowledge of hemodialysis, the change of self-nursing ability and thequality of life, patients＇blood pressure, body weight and uhrafiltration volumebefore and after the education. Results Patients learn more about related knowledge of hemodialysisafter self-management education guidance, and their ability of self-nursing and lifequality improved, their blood pressure, body weight and uhrafiltration volumewere closer to health indicators （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Self management education guidance on hemodialysis patients can help to decrease the incidence of complications, improve self care ability and quality of life, relievepatients of suffering.
