同伴交流指导在2型糖尿病患者中的应用研究

目的：探讨同伴指导交流对2型糖尿病患者的血糖和自我效能指标的影响效果。方法选取中山小榄人民医院住院部60例2型糖尿病患者，将其随机分为干预组和对照组，对其发放自我效能量表，选取自我效能高的同伴对其他成员进行运动、饮食、服药、血糖监测、足部护理和预防及处理低血糖等方面的指导交流，干预3周后，再次发放自我效能量表，监测血糖，进行结果比较。结果同伴指导交流后干预组自我效能总分和血糖控制较对照组好，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05），在饮食控制，遵医嘱用药、足部护理，预防及处理低血糖方面比较明显，在规律运动，血糖监测方面差异不明显，对降低空腹血糖有统计学意义，对降低餐后2h血糖意义不明显。结论同伴指导能使2型糖尿病患者对自身疾病控制的自我效能得到提高，从而更好地控制血糖。

Application of Peer Exchange Guidance in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes

Objective To investigate the effect of peer guidance communication on blood sugar self efficacy index of patients sufered from type 2 diabetics .Methods Using sequential sampling method , 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group , the self-efficacy scale was distributed , the patients those who obtained higher score in self -efficacy scale were employed to give guidance to the others on exercise , diet, medication, blood glucose monitoring , foot care, prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia and other aspects , three weeks after the intervention , self-efficacy scale was issued once again, measured the concentration of blood glucose , and compared the results .Results The self-efficacy score and glycemic control of experimental group were precede than those of the control group after peer guidance communication, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Peer guidance communication showed obvious effect on the diet , prescribed medication , foot care , prevention and treatment of hypoglycemia , unfortunately , effects on exercise regular , blood glucose monitoring were not so significant .The reduce of fasting blood glucose was statistical significance , but not on 2h postprandial blood glucose .Conclusions The companion guide can improve the self efficacy of disease control of type 2 diabetic patients , so as to get better control of blood glucose.
