语音训练和心理干预对唇腭裂患儿语音康复和改善生存质量的效果

摘    要:目的探讨语音训练和心理干预对福利院唇腭裂患儿语音康复的疗效及生存质量的改善情况。方法对50名唇腭裂患儿进行随机对照分成两组,综合组在语音训练基础上给予心理干预治疗,治疗前后分别用语音清晰度测试表及儿童生存质量测定量表PedsQL4.0进行测试和评价。结果(1)语音清晰度:①治疗前后同组组内比较P〈0.01;②治疗后组间比较P〈0.01。(2)生存质量:①治疗后组间比较,家长量表及儿童量表除生理功能外,其余均是P〈0.05;②治疗前后同组组内比较,综合组家长量表及儿童量表除生理功能外,其余均是P〈0.05,语音组家长量表学校表现P〈0.05,其余均是P〉0.05。结论对唇腭裂患儿给予语音训练和心理干预的综合治疗更有利于语音康复和生存质量的提高。

Effect of voice training and psychological intervention for children with cleft lip and palate speech rehabilitation and improvement of quality of life

Abstract:Objective To investigate the speech training and psychological intervention on rehabilitation of voice effects and quality of life improvements for the welfare children with cleft lip and palate. Methods 50 cases with cleft lip and palate were randomly divided into two groups, on the basis of speech training, the comprehensive group plus treatment with psychological intervention, Before and after treatment, Using speech intelligibility test table for testing and Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory PedsQL4.0 for evaluation of the quality of life. Results ( I ) Degree of clarity of pronunciation : (1)Compared with the group before and after treatment P 〈 0. 01. (2)After treatment comparison between two groups P 〈 0. 01. ( 2 ) quality of life : (3) After treatment comparison between two groups, the scores of parent proxy-report scales and child self-report scales are all P 〈 0. 05, except for the physiological function , (2)Compared with the group before and after treatment: The comprehensive group : the scores of parent proxy-report scales and child self-report scales are all P 〈 0. 05, except for the physiological function . The voice group : the school scores of parent proxy-report scales is P 〈 0. 05, the others P 〉 0. 05. Conclusions For the children with cleft lip and cleft palate, using comprehensive treatment of speech training and psychological intervention is better for speech rehabilitation and to improve the quality of life.
