经椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰椎骨折疗效观察

目的 评价经椎弓根螺钉内固定术在胸腰椎骨折中的价值.方法 回顾性分析我院收治30例胸腰椎骨折患者治疗及康复过程,所有患者均行SF椎弓根螺钉内固定术.比较治疗前后椎体高度和cobbs角度数改变,观察记录有无不良反应和椎间盘退行性改变.结果 所有患者均顺利度过手术期,术后随访检查结果示治疗后cobbs角度数减小、椎体高度增加显著,前后差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.16例患者并发不同程度椎间盘退行性变,2例矫正治疗失败.结论 经椎弓根螺钉内固定治疗胸腰段椎骨骨折安全可靠,疗效肯定,但恢复期有椎间盘退行性变和矫形失败风险,临床操作应重视.

Curative effect of transpedicular screw fixation on treatment of thoracolumbar fractures

Objective To evaluate pedicle screw fixation in thoracolumbar fracture value. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital 30 cases of thoraeolumbar fractures treatment and rehabilitation of patients, all patients underwent SF pediele screw fixation. Comparison of the treatment of vertebral height and Cobbs angle were observed and recorded before and after the change, there is no adverse reaction and intervertebra/ disc degeneration. Results All patients were smoothly through the operation period, postoperative follow-up examination results showed after the treatment of Cobbs angle, vertebral height decreases significantly increased, with significant difference （ P 〈0.05 ）. 16 cases of patients with different degrees of degeneration of intervertebral disc, 2 cases of orthodontic treatment failure. Conclusions Transpedicular screw internal fixation in the treatment of thoraeolumbar vertebral fractures, safety, efficacy, but the convalescence of intervertebral disc degeneration and orthopedic risk of failure, should pay attention to the clinical operation.
