糖尿病对支气管哮喘患者肺功能的影响

目的观察糖尿病对于支气管哮喘患者的肺功能情况的影响。方法回顾性分析2013年1—12月间在我院诊治的支气管哮喘患者120例,根据有无合并糖尿病,分为糖尿病组及非糖尿病组,比较两组患者肺活量（VC）、1秒钟用力呼气容积（FEV1）、FEV1/FVC、肺一氧化碳弥散（DLCO）及单位肺泡一氧化碳弥散量（DLCO/VA）等肺功能指标和哮喘急性发作时的病情严重程度之间的差异。结果糖尿病组患者的肺功能指标均比哮喘无糖尿病组患者的肺功能差,且严重程度高于非糖尿病组患者,其差异具有统计意义（P〈0.05）。结论糖尿病患者合并支气管哮喘,其的肺功能受损情况更严重。

The impact of diabetes on lung function in asthma patients

Objective To observe the impact of diabetes on lung function of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods Retrospectively analysis the datas of 120 patients, they suffered from bronchial asthma and got therapy in our hospital between January 2013 and December 2013, and they were randomly divided into diabetes group and non - diabetes group. Then compared lung function of those patients including vital capacity （VC） ,one second forced expiratory volume （ FEV1 ）, FEV1/FVC, DLCO （ DLCO）, carbon monoxide diffusing capacity of the alveolar units （DLCO/VA） and the serious degree of patient＇s condition. Results The lung function indexes of asthma patients secondary with diabetes were poor than non - diabetic asthma patients, and the severity of asthma was nothing higher than those in diabetic patients, the differences were statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Diabetic can lead more serious lung function impact of patients with bronchial asthma.
