黎药裸花紫珠叶的生药学研究

摘    要:目的:对裸花紫珠叶进行生药学研究。方法采用性状鉴别、显微鉴别、薄层色谱鉴别对裸花紫珠叶进行鉴别,并对裸花紫珠叶的水分、灰分和酸不溶性灰分进行测定。结果对裸花紫珠叶的性状特征、横切面和粉末的显微特征进行了描述,建立了其薄层色谱鉴别方法。初步拟定了裸花紫珠叶检查项下的限量标准:水分不得超过15.0%,总灰分不得超过8.0%,酸不溶性灰分不得超过2.0%。结论该实验为裸花紫珠叶的鉴定、药材质量标准的制定及进一步开发利用提供了科学依据。

Study on the pharmacognosy of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora

Abstract:Objective To establish pharmacognostical identification methods of the leaves of Callicarpa nudiflora.Methods Macroscopic identification , microscopic identification and thin -layer chromatography methods were employed for the pharmacognostic study of C .nudiflora .The content of moisture , total ash and acid-insoluble ash of the 10 batches of the leaves of C .nudiflora were determined .Results The characters , appearance and shape of the leaves and the characters of the transection and powder of the leaves were all described .TLC identi? cation method for the crude drug was established .Regular indexes of quality evaluation for C.nudiflora were established as follows:the content of moisture ,ash and acid-insoluble ash should be less than 15.0%, 8.0%and 2.0%, respectively. Conclusions The results provide scientific evidence for the identification , formulation of the quality control standard as well as further exploitation for the leaves of C . nudiflora.
