| Abstract: | A term pregnancy occurred in the presence of a significant uterine septum. The changes in the anatomic appearance of the septum were documented sonographically throughout the gestation. A complete workup for other causes of pregnancy loss and attention to obstetric detail are central to the management of such patients. |
