| 摘 要： | 目的：降低丘脑出血破入脑室并脑室铸型患者死亡率。方法：利用两次微创手术挽救患者生命。结果：36例中治愈或好转28例,其中2例于术后24 h内意识转清。治疗无效死亡者8例。结论：严格掌握手术指征,选择正确的手术方法,术后合理用药及加强基础护理工作能降低此类患者病死率,改善预后。

| Abstract: | Objective：To reduce the death rate of the patients whose thalamencephalons have hemorrhaged to their ventricles.Methods：Save the patients lives with the ＂minimally invasive surgery＂ two times.Results：For all those 36 patients,28 of them were cured or healed,two were come to their lives in 24hours after the operation,however the rest eight were falled to respond the medical treatment and died.Conclusions：Know all the indications of the operation exactly,chose the right operation method,use the medicines properly, and enhance the basic medical care, we could reduce the death rate, and improve the prognosis. |
