| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨烧伤后早期切痂对血浆花生四烯酸代谢产物含量的影响。方法 以 4 0 %体表面积Ⅲ°烫伤犬为模型 ,随机分为切痂组 (A组 )和非切痂组 (B组 ) ,A组于伤后 3h行切痂植皮术 ,动态观察血浆前列腺素E2 (PGE2 )、血栓素B2 (TXB2 )、磷脂酶A2 (PLA2 )含量的变化。结果 两组动物伤后血浆PGE2 、TXB2 、PLA2 含量明显增加 ,A组动物术后血浆炎症介质含量较术前和B组显著减少。结论早期切痂能有效减少烧伤后炎症介质的生成与释放 ,对防治全身炎症反应综合征 (SIRS)引发的脏器损害有确切的疗效

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of early escharectomy on plasma arachidonic acid products post burn.Methods Dogs with 40% total body surface area (TBSA) full thickness burns were divided randomly into escharectomy group(group A)and non escharectomy group (group B).Animals in group A underwent escharectomy at 3 hours post burn.Plasma levels of PGE 2,TXB 2 and PLA 2 were determied.Results Plasma levels of PGE 2,TXB 2,and PLA 2 increased markedly after burn.Plasma inflammatory mediators contents were reduced after escharectomy in group A.Conclusion Early escharectomy can decrease the plasma inflammatory mediatiors.It is effective to prevent systemic inflammatory response syndrome(SIRS).
