神经阻滞配合紫外线照射在带状疱疹治疗中的应用

目的:研究神经阻滞配合紫外线照射与单纯药物治疗对带状疱疹的疗效.方法:确诊为带状疱疹的443例患者随机分为2组,Ⅰ组(n=245)接受神经阻滞和紫外线照射治疗;Ⅱ组(n=198例)接受单纯药物治疗.比较两组在治疗5 d前后的疼痛VAS评分,止痛、止疱、结痂时间以及有无后遗神经痛.结果:在治疗5 d后患者疼痛VAS评分,Ⅰ组较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),Ⅰ组低于Ⅱ组(P＜0.05);Ⅰ组的止痛、止疱、结痂时间优于Ⅱ组(P＜0.05).治疗5 d后痊愈率、总有效率Ⅰ组高于Ⅱ组(P＜0.01).Ⅰ组后遗神经痛11.02%,Ⅱ组后遗神经痛高达 61.11%(P＜0.01).结论:神经阻滞配合紫外线治疗带状疱疹的疗效优于单纯药物治疗.

Application of nerve block combined with ultraviolet radiation in the treatment of herpes zoster

AIM: To study the therapeutic effects of nerve block combined with ultraviolet radiation and general drug treatment on herpes zoster. METHODS: 443 patients diagnosed as herpes zoster were divided into 2 groups; 245 patients in group I were treated with nerve block and ultraviolet radiation, and 198 patients in group II were only treated with general drugs. Visual analogue scale (VAS), pain-relieving time, herpes-stopping time, scab-forming time and post-herpetic neuralgia were compared before and 5 d after treatment. RESULTS: The VAS score of group I 5 d after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05)and that of group II 5 d after treatment (P<0.05). The pain-relieving time, herpes-stopping time and scab-forming time in group I were significantly shorter than those in group II (P<0.05). Five days later, the recovery rate, total effective rate of group I were significantly higher than those in group II (P<0.01). The post-herpetic neuralgia rate in group II (61.11%) was higher than that in group I (11.02%). CONCLUSION: Nerve block combined with ultraviolet radiation is much more effective than general drug treatment on herpes zoster.
