摘    要:目的:观察神经生长因子(NGF)基因在生后不同时期大鼠心肌组织中的表达,方法:采用RT-PCR方法,半定量分析生后1天、15天、30天、60天、120天,360天大鼠心肌组织中NGFmRNA含量。结果:大鼠生后1天,心肌组织即NGFmRNA的表达;随着生后发育过程,表达量逐步增加,30天时达峰值;此后随鼠龄的增加,表达量呈级慢下降趋势,结论:大鼠心肌组织中NGFmRNA的表达量,随鼠龄的增加,而呈现出先升后降的动态变化趋势。

Abstract:Objective:To study NGF gene expression in the myocardium of rat during postnatal various period. Methods: NGF mRNA expression levels in the myocardium of rat 1d, 15d, 30d, 60d, 120d, 360d after born were investigated by the RT-PCR method, as a hamiquantity assay. Results: NGF mRNA in rat myocardium appeared in newborn. During the developmental period, NGF mRNA expression was gradually increased, and it reached the peak at 30th day after born. Then it slowly decreased following the extension of age. Conclusion :The expression levels of NGF mRNA in rat myocardium was possessed of the changeable character during postnatal various period, that was increased first and decreased then.
