| 摘 要： | 目的:改进利巴韦林滴眼液的含量测定方法,观察其临床疗效。方法:采用一阶导数分光光度法直接测定利巴韦林含量;共治疗245例患者。结果:此方法平均回收率为99.9％,本药总有效率为89.0％。结论:方法简便,重现性好,适用于利巴韦林滴眼液的含量测定,且本品疗效好,无副作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To improve the methods for determining the content of ribavirin in ribavirin eye drops, and observe the clinical result. Method: First order derivative spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of ribavirin; 245 patients were given ribavirin eye drops. Result: The average recovery of this method was 99. 9%, the total effective rate of the eye drops was 89.9%. Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate, it can be used to determine the ribavirin content in ribavirin eye drops, its therapeutic effect is good with no side-effect. |
