二甲双胍对老年2型糖尿病病人胰岛素抵抗及甘油三脂、血小板聚集率的影响

目的　研究二甲双胍对老年 2型糖尿病病人胰岛素抵抗的改善作用及对甘油三脂、血小板聚集率的影响。方法　随机分成格列齐特用药组和二甲双胍用药组 ,服药 8周内每 2周随访 1次空腹及餐后 2h血糖 ,对两组用药前后胰岛素抵抗指数 (HomaIR)、甘油三脂 (TG)及 5min血小板聚集率变化作比较分析。结果　二甲双胍组在改善胰岛素抵抗及降低甘油三脂方面明显优于格列齐特组 (P <0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1) ,并同格列齐特组一样对降低血小板聚集率有一定作用 (P >0 0 5 ) ,两组降糖用药都能改善空腹及餐后 2h血糖值 (P>0 0 5 )。结论　二甲双胍在老年 2型糖尿病病人降糖治疗同时 ,具有改善胰岛素抵抗 ,改善脂代谢及血小板聚集的作用 ,从而有可能减轻 2型糖尿病胰岛素抵抗综合征的发生

The effects of Metformin on insulin resistance,platelet aggregation and triglyceride in aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus

Objective To study the effects of Metformin on insulin resistance,platelet aggregation and triglyceride in aged patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.Methods We observed the fasting blood glucose levels every two weeks within the 8 weeks after taking Metformin & Gliclazide,compared the Homa IR,TG & platelet aggregate rate before and after taking drugs in the two groups.Results The effects of Metformin on improving insulin resistance and decreasing TG were greater than that of Gliclazide(P<0.05,P<0.01).Metformin had similar effect with Gliclazide on decreasing platelet aggregate rate(P>0.05),both of the two drugs can improve the fasting blood glucose level and the glucose level 2 hours after meal(P>0.05).Conclusion Metformin can decrease insulin resistance,improve lipid metabolism and platelet aggregation,as well as decrease glucose,so it can attenuate the occurrence of insulin resistance syndrom in aged patients with type 2 diabetes.
