| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了单片复方制剂的组成及各国高血压防治指南对单片复方制剂的推荐建议。通过对高血压合并慢性肾病、糖尿病、心力衰竭等高危人群血压管理重要性的分析,阐述了单片复方制剂在改善高危高血压病人依从性、减少药品不良反应以及优化血压管理方面的意义。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the constituents of single-pill combinations and suggestions for application as recommen- ded by the Guidelines for the Prevention and Treatment of Hypertension of different countries. Through analyzing the impor- tance of blood pressure control for those high risk patients with high hlood pressure coupled with chronic kidney disease （CKD）, diabetes, heart failure, etc. the significance of single-pill combinations in improving adherence of those high risk pa- tients with high blood pressure, reducing adverse reactions and optimizing blood pressure management was clearly explained. |
