摘    要:目的建立气相色谱法测定茴香脑三硫酮中残留溶剂的方法。方法采用PEG-20000毛细管柱(15 m×0.53μm×1μm);FID检测器;色谱条件:进样口温度190℃,检测器温度230℃;柱程序升温:初始温度为40℃,保持4min,以每分钟15℃的速度升温至150℃,保持3min。进样口分流比5:1,载气为氮气,速度3.0ml/min。结果 3种残留溶剂均呈现较好的线性关系(r=0.9991~0.9999);平均回收率为98.0%~101.2%。结论本测定方法简便、准确,适用于茴香脑三硫酮中残留溶剂的同时测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method for determining the residual solvents in Anethol Trithione by gas chromatography.Methods The analytical column was PEG-20000 capillary column(15 m×0.53 μm×1 μm).The detector was FID.The injector temperature was 190℃,and the detector temperature was 230℃.The column temperature was raised by program,by which the column maintained at the temperature of 40℃ for 4 min,then raised to 150℃ by the rate of 15℃/min and finally maintained at 150℃ for 3 min.The injection split ratio was 5∶1.The carrier gas was nitrogen.The column flow was 3 ml/min.Results It appeared a good linearity in the experimental concentration(r=0.9991~0.9999),The average recovery was 98.0 % ~101.2 %.Conclusion This method is simple and accurate,which can be used to detect the residual solvents in Anethol Trithione.
