| 摘 要： | 目的评价伊曲康唑联合酮康唑治疗脂溢性皮炎的临床效果。方法160例脂溢性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用2%酮康唑洗剂,观察组采用伊曲康唑联合酮康唑进行治疗,疗程结束后对2组结果进行比较。结果观察组治疗效果要优于对照组。结论伊曲康唑联合酮康唑治疗脂溢性皮炎的方式疗效佳,而且也比较安全,值得在临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole treatment of the patients with seborrheic dermatitis.Methods Selected 160 cases of seborrheic dermatitis patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group,and control group were treated with 2% ketoconazole,observation group were treated with combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole.After treatment, the two groups were compared.Results The observation group treatment is superior to the control group.Conclusions Combined Itraconazole and ketoconazole is effective in treatment of the patients with seborrheic dermatitis,But also relatively safe,which should be suggested in clinical experiences. |
