阴道毛滴虫酶的定位与代谢的研究

摘    要:阴道毛滴虫的超微结构细胞化学反应显示:酸性磷酸酶、胞嘧啶核苷酸酶定位于消化泡,溶酶体释放的酶可引起阴道上皮细胞受损;硫胺素焦磷酸酶、烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸酶分别定位于高尔基体的成熟面膜囊与中间膜囊;在消化泡可见过氧化物酶反应物;琥珀酸脱氢酶、细胞色素氧化酶反应结果表明,虫体缺乏线粒体;过氧化氢酶反应阴性,提示虫体缺乏微体;铀-铝-铜浸染法可深染氢化酶体和内质网。氢化酶体是虫体的代谢产能重要细胞器。

Abstract:Ultracytochemical reactions of Trichomonas vaginalis showed that acid phosphatase (ACPase) and cytidine monophosphatase (CMPase) were located in the digestive vaculoles. The enzymes released by lysosomes caused the injury of vaginal cells. Thiamine pyrophosphatase (TPPase) and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphatase (NADPase) were located in mature face saccules and intermediate saccules of Golgi body respectively. The reactive products of per- oxidase (POase) were seen in the digestive vacuoles. The reactions of succinate dehydrogenase (SDH) and cytochrome oxidase (COase) were both negative, indicating lack of mitochondria in T. vaginalis. Catalase reactions were negative, suggesting lack of microbody in T. vaginalis. The endoplasmic reticulum and hydrogenosome were stained well with the Ur-Pb-Cu impregnation technique. The hydrogenosome was an important organelle for metabolism and producing energy of the parasites.
