结构式心理干预对食管癌患者应对方式的作用

目的 探讨结构式心理干预对食管癌患者应对方式的影响。方法 将120例食管癌患者随机分为对照组与干预组，各60例。对照组接受常规健康指导，干预组在此基础上接受3次结构式心理干预，干预内容包括健康教育、应激处理、应对技巧及心理支持四个方面。然后采用医学应对方式量表（MCMQ）进行测评，比较两组患者应对方式的差异。结果 干预后干预组面对应对方式得分明显高于对照组（P<0.05），屈服应对方式得分明显低于对照组（P<0.01）。结论 结构式心理干预能有效地改善食管癌患者的应对方式，帮助患者积极地应对疾病和手术，促进患者顺利康复。

Effects of structural psychological intervention on coping modes in patients with esophageal carcinoma

Objective To explore the effect of structural psychological intervention on the coping styles in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Methods 120 patients with esophageal carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups, an experimental group and a control group, with each group having 60 patients. The patients in the control group received routine education. The patients in the experimental group were, on the basis of routine education, given structural psychological intervention including healthy education, stress handling, coping techniques and psychological support. The Medical Coping Mode Questionnaire (MCMQ) were used to evaluate the effects. Results After intervention, the confrontation score in experimental group was significantly increased than that in control group (P<0.05). The experimental group also demonstrated a significantly decreased resignation score than control group (P<0.01). Conclusions Structural psychological intervention can effectively improve the coping styles in patients with esophageal carcinoma. Patients should take active coping styles to confront their illness and operation and have an uneventful recovery.
