| Abstract: | A young patient with the posttraumatic development of a superficial temporal artery (STA) aneurysm is described. The STA was ligated proximal and distal to the aneurysm, and the aneurysm was removed. The diagnosis and treatment of traumatic STA aneurysms are discussed. |
