| 摘 要： | 报告采用左旋咪唑和转移因子联合治疗面部扁平疣患者５０例。并选择左旋咪唑治疗面部扁平疣患者５０例，转移因子治疗面部扁平疣患者３０例，作为对照。结果，联合治疗组痊愈率为８８％，左旋咪唑组痊愈率为６２％，转移因子组痊愈率为６０％。联合治疗组痊愈率明显高于另两组，差异有高度显著性。而在左旋咪唑组与转移因子组间痊愈率差异无显著性。结果表明小剂量的左旋咪唑和转移因子有协同提高细胞免疫功能，抑制病毒的作用。

| Abstract: | Lavamisole and transfer factor were used in combination in the treatment of 50 cases of flat wart patients.Lavamisole in 50 cases and transfer factor in 30 cases were used as the control groups.The cure rate was 88% in the group treated by combined drugs,62% by lavamisole and 60% by transfer factor.The cure rate of patients treated by combined drugs was obviously higher than that of the other two groups.There was obvious difference statistically.It showed that low dose lavamisole combined with transfer factor could both in crease cell immune function and inhibit virus.Flat wart was relevant to infection of papillomavirus and cell immune function.Combined drugs used had better curative effect than drugs used singly,avoiding face pigmentation caused by improper smearing. |
