| 摘 要： | 目的主持国际输血学会第14届国际血小板免疫学研讨会和合作研究项目,对参加合作研究项目的全球42个血小板免疫学实验室的血小板抗体检测技术和质量状况进行测评。方法南宁输血医学研究所组织并向参加合作研究的各实验室提供9份含抗血小板特异性抗体的质控标本,各实验室以本室的技术或市场化的技术作检测,按所提供的记录表格对各质控标本的反应结果作报告。结果23个国家的36个实验室参加了本合作项目,35个实验室反馈了各自实验室的研究结果,9个质控标本抗体特异性鉴定的一致率为20%—97.14%,抗体特异性分别为抗-HPA-1a、抗-HPA-1b、抗-HPA-3a、抗-HPA-3a、抗-HPA-3b、抗-HPA-5b、抗-HPA-5a、抗-GPIV及抗-HPA-5b+15b,一致率最低为抗-HPA-3b,最高为抗-HPA-5b和抗-HPA-5a。各实验室采用的技术共计有10余种,血小板抗原单克隆抗体特异性免疫固定检测技术(MAIPA)是采用最多的技术。结论本合作项目成功地对35个国际血小板免疫诊断实验室的血小板特异性抗体的检测技术和质量进行了测评和分析报告。
