胎儿面部三维重建及三维动态图像光盘刻录技术在产科的应用

目的 探讨胎儿面部三维重建及三维动态图像光盘刻录技术在中晚期妊娠中的临床应用。方法 采用计算机表面三维重建成像法对中晚期妊娠胎儿面部结构进行三维重建，将三维动态图像以刻录光盘的形式进行存储。结果 93例孕妇中，92例获得满意的面部三维图像；11例应患者的要求进行光盘刻录；1例因妊高征、羊水过少三维图像显示不满意。结论 胎儿面部在三维重建后的动态图像中可提供丰富的胎儿面部诊断信息；三维动态图像的光盘刻录技术的应用使准父母们提前与宝宝见面，并可使孕妇及其他非超声工作人员更直观地通过多个角度观察动态的胎儿面部结构，留作永远的记念。

Application of Technology of Three-Dimensional Rebuilt of Fetal Face and CD Copy of Three-Dimensional Dynamic Pictures in Obsteric

Objective To discuss the clinical application of technology of three-dimensional rebuilt of fetal face and CD copy of three-dimensional dynamic pictures in middle and terminal pregnancy.Methods Adopting the way of computer surface three-dimensional rebuilt imaging for fetal face structure of middle and terminal pregnancy carries through three-dimensional rebuilt,and we shall memory the three-dimensional dynamic pictures in CD copy.Results 93 pregnant women,there are 92 cases acquiring satisfying three-dimensional pictures of faces,11 cases who require is carried through CD copy,1 case's three-dimensional pictures show dissatisfaction because of hypertensive syndrome of pregnancy and oligohydramnios.Conclusion:Dynamic pictures of three-dimensional rebuilt of fetal face can offer rich diagnostic information of fetal faces.The application of technology of CD copy of three-dimensional dynamic pictures makes preparing parents meet their babies ahead,and can make pregnancy women and else people who are not ultrasonic workers observe dynamic fetal face structures more intuitionistic by multi point of view,and leave permanent memory.
