新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病脑组织CT值与NBNA评分的关系

目的:探讨新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿脑组织CT值与NBNA评分的关系,为HIE的诊断和分度提供更全面、客观的依据。方法:对56例HIE患儿按CT分度标准分为轻、中、重度3组,并分别进行脑组织CT值的测定及NBNA评分,对脑组织CT值和NBNA评分进行相关分析。结果:HIE3组患儿脑组织CT值及NBNA评分显著低于对照组,且3组间存在显著差异。相关分析发现,脑组织CT值与NBNA评分之间存在正相关,其相关关系有显著意义。结论:测定脑组织CT值及NBNA评分对HIE的诊断和分度具有重要的价值,二者结合起来可以对HIE的诊断提供更全面、客观的依据。

Relationship between brain CT value and NBNA scoring of neonatal hypoxic - ischemic encephalopathy

Objective:To study the relationship between the brain CT value and NBNA of hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy (HIE) and to apply the more evidence for analysis of HIE.Methods:The 56 infants were divided into light, moderate and severe groups according to brain CT.Their brain CT value were obtained to assess with NBNA. The brain CT value was correlatde with NBNA.Results:The all of HIE were lower than control group in brain CT value and NBNA. The light, moderate and severe groups had difference between brain CT value and NBNA. The brain CT value was positively correlated with NBNA.Conclusion:The brain CT value and NBNA play an imoportant role in dignosis and grade of HIE. Both of them apply more and more objective evidence for HIE.
