强化抗血小板治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效和安全性

目的观察强化抗血小板治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效及安全性。方法将80例缺血性脑卒中患者随机分为阿司匹林组和强化抗血小板组各40例,两组在给予常规治疗基础上,阿司匹林组给予口服阿司匹林治疗;强化抗血小板组给予口服阿司匹林加氯吡格雷治疗,比较两组患者神经功能和日常生活能力恢复情况,临床疗效,出血事件发生率和不良反应。结果与阿司匹林组比较,强化抗血小板组可以显著改善患者神经功能的恢复情况(p<0.05)和日常生活能力(p<0.05),并没有增加出血时间的发生率,但临床疗效无明显差异(p>0.05)。结论强化抗血小板治疗,可以显著提高缺血性脑卒中患者生活质量,并且安全性好。

THE CURING EFFECT AND SAFETY OF STRENGTHENING ANTI-PLATELET THERAPY IN ACUTE ISCHEMIC STROKE

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect and safety of Strengthening anti - platelet in Acute ischemie stroke. Methods 80 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups, Aspirin group （ n = 40） and Strengthening anti -platelet group （n = 40 ）. All patients were received conventional therapy. Aspirin group took aspirin, and strengthening anti - platelet group took aspirin plus clopidogrel. Two groups were compared with neurological function and recovery activities of daily life, clinical efficacy, the incidence of bleeding events and adverse reactions. Results Compared with the aspirin group, strengthening anti - platelet group can significantly improve recovery of neurological function （p 〈 0. 05 ） and ADL （p 〈 0. 05）, and did not increase the incidence of bleeding time, hut no clinical significant difference （p 〉 0.05 ） in clinical efficacy. Conclusion Strengthening anti - platelet therapy can significantly improve the quality of life in patients with ischemic stroke, and with good security.
