| 摘 要： | 磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)是磁共振成像技术的一项重大发展,现已广泛应用于胰胆管系统疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断。MRCP诊断胰胆管扩张、结石、狭窄和解剖变异具有极高的敏感度和特异度,而且随着更多新技术(如磁共振内镜)的应用及MRCP与MR其他技术(常规断层成像和磁共振血管成像)的联合应用,MRCP必将成为胰胆管系统疾病术前术后评价的一项重要影像学方法。

| Abstract: | Magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) is a crucial development in the field of MR imaging techniques.It has been widely used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various diseases in pancreaticobiliary system.MRCP shows a high sensitivity and specificity for detection of biliary dilatation、calculi、strictures and anatomical variants.Furthermore,with the new advancements,such as MR virtual endoscopy(MRVE),and the combination of MRCP with the other MR techniques including conventional cross-sectional MR imaging and MR angiography(MRA),MRCP may become an important tool in preoperative and postoperative follow-up of pancreaticobiliary diseases. |
