长征－1号多器官保存液对兔肾脏冷冻保存的连续形态学观察

自１９９２年始研制成功长征－１号多器官保存液（简称ＣＺ－１液）。在完成对兔心脏及肝脏的冷冻保存后的形态学变化观察后，又做了对兔肾脏冷冻保存的形态学改变观察，并与ＵＷ液和ＨＣ－Ａ液作了比较。结果表明：冷冻保存７２小时以内ＣＺ－１液组肾脏组织光镜和电镜下形态学改变与ＵＷ组相比无明显区别，而且ＣＺ－１液组冷冻保存肾脏组织的变化以及细胞和细胞器的变性均缓于ＨＣ－Ａ组。由于ＨＣ－Ａ液已被证实能有效地保存犬肾在７２小时内，临床保存供肾在５７小时以内，ＵＷ液已经被证实能有效地保存供肾在７２小时以内，因此认为：从光镜和电镜下肾脏组织观察来看，ＣＺ－１液能保存兔肾脏在７２小时之内。

Morphological studies of rabbit kidneys under cold storage and flushed with CZ-1 solution

CZ-1 solution has been developed in 1992. It was used since then to flush the donor kidney for transplantation.Morphological studies were made in rabbit kidney under cold storage and flushed with CZ-1 solu tion. Light microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were carried Out successively at 1 ,24, 48, 60, 64,72 and 80 hours after cold storage and the findings were compared with the rabbit kidneys flushed with HC-A solu tion and UW solution under the same conditions.The result revealed that after 72 hours of cold storage,the kid neys of the CZ-1 group were morphologically superior to those of HC-A group and no difference was observed be tween the light microscopic and electron microscopic findings in the former group. The result designated that the rabbit kidneys flushed with CZ-1 solution could be kept well for 72 hours under cold storage.
