台州医院脑出血手术麻醉患者术中低体温的影响因素分析

目的 探讨台州医院脑出血手术麻醉患者术中低体温发生的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2018年3月至2021年3月台州医院行脑出血手术麻醉的300例患者相关资料,其中118例发生低体温,182例为正常体温,针对其年龄、性别、体质量指数、麻醉时间、手术时间、美国麻醉医师协会（American Society of Anesthesiologists,ASA）分级、合并基础病、输液量等,对相关变量进行单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析,分析台州医院脑出血手术麻醉患者发生低体温的影响因素。结果 低体温的发生率与年龄、体质量指数、麻醉时间、ASA分级、合并基础疾病、输液量、收缩压、舒张压、心率密切相关,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。年龄、体质量指数、麻醉时间、手术时间、输液量、ASA分级、合并基础病、收缩压、舒张压、心率是引起脑出血手术麻醉患者术中及术后发生低体温的危险因素（P<0.05）。结论 台州医院脑出血手术麻醉患者发生低体温与年龄、体质量指数、麻醉时间、手术时间、输液量、ASA分级、合并基础病、收缩压、舒张压、心率有关,为临床研究脑出血手术麻醉患者发生低体温的因素提供指导依据。

Influencing factors of hypothermia in patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Taizhou Hospital

Objective To explore the influencing factors of hypothermia in patients undergoing cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Taizhou Hospital. Methods Retrospectively analyzed the relevant data of 300 patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Taizhou Hospital from March 2018 to March 2021. Among them, 118 patients had hypothermia and 182 had normal body temperature. According to their age, gender, body mass index, Anesthesia time, operation time, American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) classification, underlying diseases, infusion volume and other related information, and univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was performed on relevant variables to analyze anesthesia for cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Taizhou Hospital influencing factors of hypothermia in patients. Results The incidence of hypothermia was closely related to years, body mass index, anesthesia time, ASA classification, underlying diseases, infusion volume, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Age, body mass index, anesthesia time, operation time, infusion volume, ASA classification, underlying diseases, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate are the risk factors for hypothermia during and after surgery in anesthetized patients with cerebral hemorrhage academic differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of hypothermia in patients undergoing anesthesia for cerebral hemorrhage surgery in Taizhou Hospital is related to age, body mass index, anesthesia time, operation time, infusion volume, ASA classification, underlying diseases, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, and heart rate. Factors contributing to the development of hypothermia provide study data.
