电子智能营养配餐辅助工具在改善腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术患者营养状况及免疫功能中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨电子智能营养配餐辅助工具在改善腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术患者营养状况及免疫功能中的应用。方法选取2019年1月—2020年10月医院肿瘤科收治的94例腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术患者作为研究对象,按组间均衡可比的原则等分为对照组与观察组,各47例。对照组行常规参与式饮食干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以电子智能营养配餐辅助工具干预。比较两组干预前后营养状况、住院时间、免疫功能指标。结果干预3个月后,观察组主观整体营养状况评价量表(PG-SGA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组CD4+、CD8+、CD4+/CD8+免疫功能指标明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论电子智能营养配餐辅助工具应用于腹腔镜辅助胃癌根治术患者,可有效改善营养不良症状,提升免疫功能。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the application of electronic intelligent nutritional diet aids on nutritional status and immune function of patients with laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy.Methods To select 94 patients undertook the laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy in the hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 as the study objects.According to the principle of balanced comparability between groups and divided equally into the control group and observation group.The control group was given conventional participatory diet intervention,and the observation group was intervened by electronic intelligent nutrition auxiliary tools based on the control group.The nutritional status and immune function indexes of the two groups were compared before and after the intervention.Results After 3 months of intervention,the patient-generated subjective global assessment(PGSGA)score of the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The hospitalization time of the observation group was shorter than the control group(P<0.05).The immune function indexes of CD4+,CD8+,CD4+/CD8+in the observation group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of electronic intelligent nutritional diet aids on nutritional status and immune function of patients with laparoscopic assisted radical gastrectomy can effectively improve malnutrition symptoms and immune function.
