| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨脑CT血管造影（CT angiography，CTA）及灌注成像（CT perfusion imaging，CTP）在诊断短暂性脑缺血发作（transient ischemic attack，TIA）中的临床应用。方法：对37例临床确诊的TIA患者进行回顾性分析。结果：35例患者头CT平扫未发现与临床症状相关的责任病灶；22例脑CT灌注成像异常；25例CTA可见颈内动脉和椎基底动脉系统动脉有不同程度狭窄。结论：CTA联合CTP对诊断TIA具有重要的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical application of CT angiography (CTA)and CT perfusion imaging(CTP) in transient ischemic attack(TIA).Method:37 cases of TIA were analyzed by CTA and CTP signs.Results:35 cases obtained regular CT negative results related with clinical features.22 cases were confirmed by CTP as having ischemic lesions. 25 cases had different-grade artery stenosis of internal carotid artery and vertebrobasilar system.Conclusions:Combining use of CTA and CTP can provide a valuable information in diagnosis of TIA. |
