| 摘 要： | 目的:为中药糯稻根的鉴定提供方法和依据。方法:对糯稻根进行性状、显微以及薄层色谱鉴别。结果:详细描述了糯稻根的生药性状、横切面组织构造和薄层色谱鉴别研究结果。结论:此方法简便易行,所得结果可以为糯稻根的生药鉴定、质量标准的制定提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To provide basis for the pharmacognosia identification of Oryza s ativa L.Root.Methods：The property, microscopic feature and TLC feature of the Oryza sativa L. Root were identified. Results：The property and microscopic feature of the Vitis Adstricta have been established, and the results and the reproducibility of TLC identification test were satisfactory.Conclusion：The method is simple and feasible, and applicable for the identification of Oryza sativa L.Root and it serves as a scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard. |
