| 摘 要： | 止泻定胶囊体内抗菌试验，有明显抗痢疾杆菌作用，提高小鼠生存率，并能对抗蓖麻油或番泻叶引起的小鼠腹泻。实验比较了止泻定与单味黄连素或铁苋莱的抗菌和止泻作用，表明止泻定疗效有明显的增强作用。

| Abstract: | The Zhixieding capsule (ZXDC)has been used to treat enteritis and diarrhea.The preparation is composed of Acalypha australis L. (AA). berberine hydrochloride (Ber) ,etc. It was shown that ZXDC exerted a strong antibacterial effect on Shigella dysenteriae in vivoand increased the survival rate of the infected niice. ZXDC also inhibited diarrhea in mice inducedby castor oil and senna leaf. As compared with Ber and AA individually, the antibacterial and an-tidiarrheal effect of ZXDC is significantly stronger. |
