醒脑饮溶血栓作用观察

醒脑饮按相当于推荐临床剂量（ＡＣＤ）５、１０、２０倍，分别给大鼠灌胃（ｉｇ），阳性药对照组ｉｇ相当于１０倍ＡＣＤ的脑血康，连续给药７天，第７天给药后２ｈ，测优球蛋白溶解时间（ＥＬＴ），纤维蛋白降解产物（ＦＤＰ），动静脉旁路血栓。还一次性给药测Ｃｈａｎｄｌｅｒ氏体外血栓、体外血浆凝块溶解时间。结果体外血浆凝块溶解时间，ＦＤＰ在给药组之间，给药组与对照之间无明显差异；与对照组相比，中、大剂量组及阳性药对照组的Ｃｈａｎｄｌｅｒ氏体外血栓的长度、干重、湿重，动静脉旁路血栓于、湿重及ＥＬＴ统计上有显著性差异。且大剂量组的作用优于小剂量组。结果表明，醒脑饮能增加纤溶系统的活性，其体外试验和体内给药都有溶血栓作用，且大、中、小剂量组显现出明显的量效关系。

Observations on thrombolytic Effects of Xing Nao Shuan

Rats were randomly allocated to blank control. sniall dosage, middle dosage, largedosage and positive control groups, with 8 rats in each group and equal number of both sexes.XingNao Shuan (XNS) was given by intragastric perfusion for the small,middle and large dosage group withthe dosages equivalent to 5,10,20 times of the clinical dosage rcspectivcly, and Nao Xue Kang wasgiven for the positive dosage group equivalent to 10 times of the clinical dosage.Euglobulin lysis time(ELT).fibrin degradation product (FDP),arteriovenous bypass thrombus (ABT).Chandlerst thrombus invitro (CTV) and plasma clot dissolution time in vitro (PCDTV) were measured belbre and after medication.The results showed that there were no significant differences of PCDTV and FDP among the groups.Compared with the blank control group,there were significanl diffcrences of CTV (thronbus length, moistweight and dry weight),ABT (moist weight and dry wtiight) and ELT in the middle.the large dosage groupand the positive control group, and the thrombolytic effect of the large dosage group was stronger thanthat of the small dosage group.It was shown that XNS can enhance the activity of fibrinolytic systemand exert tlirombolytic effects both in vivo and in vitro with a dose-effect relationship.
