| 摘 要： | 目的：本题拟观察血脂综合指数（血脂综合指数＝TC．TG．LDL－C／HDL－C）是否与冠心病相关，方法：观察冠心病102例，按心肌缺血，心绞痛、心肌梗死，大面积心肌梗死分层观察各单项血脂指标及血脂综合指数有无相关关系。结果：各单项血脂指标与冠心病分层没有相关关系；血脂综合指数冠心病严重程度而增高，各层间血脂指数差异有显性（F＝6．062，P＜0．001）。结论：血脂综合指数与冠心病的严重程度有相关关系，在冠心病的防治工作中有一定的应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the correlation of Lipid Comprehensive Index(LCI=TC.TG.LDL-C/HDL-C)and coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods LCI were measured in 102 coronary heart disease patients stratified according to ischaemia,angina pectoris,myocardial infarction. The correlation of LCI and coronary heart disease in different stratification were observed. Results There were no relation between every single lipid index and different stratification of CHD;LCI levels increased significantly with the severe stratification of CHD(F=6.062,P<0.001). Conclusion There was correlation between LCI and the severe stratification of CHD. LCI can be used to predict the risk of CHD in clinical treatment and prevention of coronary heart disease. |
