医药分开缓解看病贵可行性研究

目的探索医药分开的科学方案,缓解群众看病难看病贵问题。方法通过媒体、网络等信息渠道,回顾药品问题的表现和成因,剖析全国各地实践模式利弊,总结医药分开的做法和经验。结果各地正在尝试药房托管、政府组织招标采购并配送、政府举办、收支两条线预算管理等4种模式,全面预付、＂通用名处方＋处方自由外配＂模式则在理论探讨之中。结论只要医药分开模式科学合理,并在合适地区试点的基础之上逐步推进,能够在一定程度上缓解看病贵。
