| 摘 要： | 采用固相免疫放射分析方法测定47例心脏舒张功能障碍(DHF)的2型糖尿病(DM)患者血浆脑钠素(BNP)和心钠素(ANP)浓度,并与DM心功能正常组(24例)及正常对照组(12名)进行对比分析。结果显示血浆BNP、ANP水平随着DHF程度加重而逐渐升高,而且E/A比值与BNP(r=-0.669,P<0.01)和ANP(r=-0.579,P<0.01)均呈显著负相关,提示血浆ANP、BNP是诊断2型DM心脏舒张功能不全的良好生化指标。

| Abstract: | Twelve healthysubjects and 71 diabetic patients, including 47 cases with diastolic heart failure (DHF), were enrolled into the study. Plasma atrial natiuretic peptide (ANP) and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) were measured with immunoradiometric assay. The result showed that the plasma levels of ANP and BNP were significantly increased in accordance withthe severity of DHF. The ratio of E/A had significantly negative correlation with the plasma levels of BNP(r=-0.669,P<0.01) and ANP(r=-0.579, P<0.01). The plasma levels of ANP and BNP seem to be valuable laboratory markers for differential diagnosis of DHF in diabetic patients. |
