| 摘 要： | 目的 :寻找一种客观评价吐温 80溶血性的方法。方法 :在 4 14nm波长处 ,采用紫外分光光度法进行测定。结果 :实验选用的TW浓度在 0 5 %时 ,对人红细胞和兔红细胞均无溶血作用 ;吐温浓度在 1 0 %以上时 ,对 2种红细胞表现出不同程度的溶血作用 ;常规目测方法观察到溶血的吐温起始浓度为 1 5 %。结论 :紫外分光光度法可以作为筛选注射剂所使用吐温的客观评价方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method that can objectively evaluate the hemolyzation of Tween 80.Methods:UV spectrometry with the wavelength of 414nm was used in the experiment.Results:Tween 80 at the concentration of 0.5% had no hemolytic effects on human or rabbit erythrocytes,while Tween 80 at the concentration of over 1.0% had some hemolytic effects.The minimal hemolytic concentration of Tween 80 by ocular estimate was 1.5%.Conclusion:UV spectrometry can be used as the evaluation method for the choice of Tween 80. |
