120例创伤患者血小板及预后评估

目的：研究创伤患者血小板水平与创伤严重程度以及预后的关系。方法：120例创伤患者于伤后就诊,即刻取样检测血小板水平,并给予创伤严重程度评分（ISS评分）,根据血小板水平分为正常组（151～300）×109/L,中间组（101～150）×109/L,低血小板组（50～100）×109/L,极低血小板组（〈50×109/L）,统计组内严重创伤患者（ISS评分≥20）以及死亡情况。结果：血小板降低的创伤患者较正常组与中间组ISS评分及死亡率均明显增高,差异有统计学意义（P均〈0.01）。结论：严重创伤患者创伤后体内血小板水平明显降低,血小板高低与创伤严重程度呈正相关,与预后呈负相关。

120 cases traumaism's platelet instance and prognosis

Objective： To study the relationship between platelet instance after severe multi-traumatism and prognosis. Methods： 120 cases traumatism were tested the lever of platelet after injury,and measured the injury severity score based on the platelet instance,all cases were divided into four groups,normal group（151-300）×109/L,middle group（101-150）×109/L, low group （50-100）×109/L,over low group （50×109/L）,statisticed the sereve traumatism （ISS≥20）and death in each group. Results： The injury severity score and death in low group and over low group were distinctly higher than the normal group and middle group significance （P0.01）. Conclusion： The level of platelet of severe traumatism is markedly heighten after injury,and the extent is positive correlation when the prognosis is negative correlation.
