子宫切除术式对受术者排便功能影响的观察及护理

目的:探讨不同子宫切除术式对受术者排便功能的影响及护理特点.方法:选择75 例行子宫切除术的子宫肌瘤患者.比较术式不同,患者术后排便次数,排便难易程度的差异.结果:子宫切除术后有52%的患者排便次数改变;子宫全切除术后排便次数减少发生率为53.3%;次全子宫切除术发生率20%;子宫切除术后49.3%患者排便难易程度改变;全子宫切除术后排便费力发生率为48.3%;次全子宫切除术为13.3%.结论:子宫切除术可影响受术者的排便功能.术式不同有显著性差异(p＜0.05),加强受术者的心理护理及术后护理,减少术后并发症,选择最适合具体患者的术式,能提高受术者的生活质量.

Observation and Fend Nursing of Influence on Hysterectomy by Method on Defecation in Patents

Objectiue:To study the influence of hysterectomy by different methods on defecation and nursing characteristics.Method:75 cases were following total hysterectomy of uterine fibroid,were analyzed the changes of frequency of defecation and difficulty of defecation after hysterectomy.Result:Of the 52% patients showed changes of frequeney of defecation after hysterectomy,53.3% had a decreased frequency,20% subtotal hysterectomy,49.3% showed changes of difficulty of defecation following hysterectomy,48.3% had an increased difficulty,13.3% subtotal hysterectomy.Conclusions:Defecation is interfered with hysterectomy in patients,there is a significant difference between two methods(p<0.05).so,the enbancement of the patient being operated for psychological nursing and postoperative nursing.Reducing complication.Therefore,choosing the best way for the patient,can be improved the living quality of the patient being operated.
