女性生殖道支原体感染及其耐药情况分析

目的了解本地区女性生殖道支原体感染及其耐药情况。方法采用支原体鉴定药敏试剂盒对237名女性生殖道分泌物标本进行检测。结果237份标本中支原体的感染率为59．5％，不同年龄组女性生殖道支原体的感染率比较，差异具有显著性（P〈0．05），其中21—40岁感染率最高（68．1％）。141份阳性标本中uu有90例（63．8％），Mh有19例（13．5％），Uu和Mh混合感染32例（22．7％）。不同年龄组结果比较：组间差异无显著性意义（P〉0．05）。耐药性试验显示：Uu对JOS和CLA的耐药性较低（33％和6．7％），而对CPF和ROX的耐药性较高（62．2％、60．0％）；Mh对JOS和OFL的耐药性较低（0．0％、5．3％），而对ROX和AZI的耐药性较高（89．5％、84．2％）；Uu＋Mh混合感染对CLA和JOS的耐药性较低（15．6％和21．9％），而对CPF和ROX的耐药性较高（75，0％、68．8％）。结论女性生殖道支原体感染较高，不同年龄组中21～40岁女性支原体的感染率最高，阳性标本中以uu感染为主。支原体的耐药试验有利于临床治疗方案的改进，选择适当的抗生素进行治疗。

Survey of infectious status and drug-resistance of Mycoplasma from female genital tract

Objective To survey infection and drug-resistance of Myeoploama from female genital tract in this area. Methods There 237 swab specimens of female genital tract were deteeted by test kit for Mycoplasma. Results The infection rate of Myeoplasma was 59.5%. There was statistical significance in Myeoplasma. infection among different age groups （P〈0.05）,the infection rate was the highest in the age group of 21 to 40 （68.1%）.years 141 positive specimens included 90 Uu eases （45.4%）,19 Mh eases（5.6%） ,12 Uu and 32Mh eases （9.7%） （P〉0.05）.The resistance of Uu to JOX and CLA was low （（3.3%,6.7%） ,and high to CPF （62.2%）,and ROX（60.0%）. Mh to JOX（0.0%） and OFL （5.3%） was l;ow and high to ROX （89.5%） and AZI（84.2%）. The resistance of Uu to CLA （15.6%） and JOX （21.9%） was low and high to CPF （75.0%） and ROX （68.8%）. Conclusions The infection rate of Mycoplasma. in female genital tract is relatively higher. The especially in the age groups of 21 to 40 years,mainly due to Uu infection and drug resistance of Myeoplasma. is relatively high. Thus infective measures be taken.
