临界高血压患者实施健康指导的临床观察

目的 :研究利用健康指导模式对临界高血压患者进行社区干预治疗 ,观察其对患者临界高血压的影响。方法 :对临界高血压患者采用健康指导模式进行社区干预三年后患者的血压变化。结果 :患者经健康指导模式进行社区干预三年后 ,患者的血压明显降低 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;治疗的有效率明显提高 (P <0 .0 5 )。与对照组病人相比差异显著。结论 :对临界高血压进行健康指导 ,给予必要的心理和行为干预 ,具有明显降低血压作用 (不用药 )和提高高血压患者治疗的有效率。

Clinical observation of health guidance of the patients with borderline hypertension

Objective:To observe the effect of the community intervention therapy with health guidance mode on the patients with borderline hypertension.Method:To study the changes of blood pressure of the patients blood pressure was lowered significanthy (P<0.05).and the effectine rate of theuapy with obrderline hypertension received community intervention with health guidance mode for three years.Result:After three years of community intervention with health guidance mode,the patients blood pressure was lowered significantly(P<0.05), and the effective rate of thevapy was obviously improved compared with control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The health guidance and necessary mental and behavior intervention have the function of lowering blood pressure obviously and improving the effective rate of therapy to the patients with borderline hypertension.
