氧化亚氮加米索前列醇在人工流产术中应用的临床观察

目的探讨氧化亚氮加米索前列醇在人工流产术中的临床效果观察。方法收集360例宫内妊娠6～10周健康而无禁忌症的妇女,随机分为三组,120例自愿要求应用氧化亚氮加米索前列醇,120例只要求吸入氧化亚氮而不用米索前列醇,120例在手术中不愿应用任何药物。结果显示氧化亚氮有明显的镇痛效果,米索前列醇对宫颈有明显的松弛作用。二者合用使手术操作容易,减少了副作用的发生。结论氧化亚氮加米索前列醇在人工流产术中应用是简便、安全、有效。

The Application of the Clinical Analysis of Nitrous Oxide and Misoprostol in an Induced Abortion Operation

Objective To explore the clinical anodyne effects of nitrous oxide and misoprostol in induced abortion.Methods Collecting 360 cases of the uterine cavity in gestational age of 6~10 weeks were good cases. They were divided into three groups, who were willing to be operated in an induced abortion without taboo symptom, 120 cases of them were willing to absorb nitrous oxide and use misoprostol 120 cases which wanted to absorb nitrous oxide and not to use misoprostol and 120 cases of them unwilling to use anything in the operation.Results The results should that nitrous oxide had obvious anodyne effects and misoprostol had obvious flabbiness acting upon cervix. Both of them had the operation finished easily, and reducing side reaction.Conclusion Nitrous oxide and misoprostol was a simple,safe, effective in an induced abortion operation.
