碘复应用于根管治疗中的临床疗效观察

目的观察碘复在根管治疗中的临床疗效。方法将128颗有急慢性根尖周炎需作根管治疗的患牙,随机分成两组。试验组用3％H2O2及0.5％碘复原液交替冲洗根管,并用0.5％碘复原液消毒根管;对照组用3％H2O2及生理盐水交替冲洗根管后用甲醛甲酚液（Fc）消毒根管。结果经统计学分析,碘复组与Fc组在治疗疗程、疗效及根管治疗间疼痛方面均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论开碘复作为一种新型消毒剂应用于根管冲洗、消毒是可行的,值得在口腔科临床推广。

Clinical activity of iodophors on the root canal therapy

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of iodophors on the root canal therapy. Methods 128 teeth need to do canal therapy were divided into two groups by the random. In experimental group, 3%H 2O 2+ 0.5% Iodophors and 0.5%Iodophors were used as irrigate agent and disinfectant, respectively, while in the control group, 3%H 2O 2+0.9%NS and Fc were used. Results There was no significant difference between Iodophors and Fc in therapy process, therapeutic effect and endodontic interappointment pain.Conclusion Iodophors can be used as irrigate agent and disinfectant for the treatment of root canal therapy.
